In his role as CEO and Founder of The Jamon Brown Foundation since May 2016, Jamon Brown has made it his mission to impact the lives of individuals facing challenges tied to poverty, violence, and youth homelessness. The foundation is devoted to enhancing education and health in at-risk communities while simultaneously motivating others to join these endeavors. As the VP of Football Operations and Strategic Planning at Total 360 Management since March 2021, Jamon takes on a strategic leadership role, overseeing various aspects of the organization, including public relations, digital and social media, broadcast video content, community relations, and alumni affairs. He leads efforts to maintain consistent branding, develops organizational messaging, and offers support for marketing, sales, and sponsorship activation. Moreover, he serves as the primary spokesperson when interacting with local and national media outlets.
